» Ability to leave your computer running for long periods at a time
» DJs must be able to get in contact with you at all times

Requirements for all Chat Mod Applicants
(Status: Closed)
» Must be present and available at 6PM - 8PM PST most days of the week
» Must be easy to get to know and be friendly
» Must have some knowledge of the Asian Music Industry

How to make an HTML Playlist VIA Winamp
(Required for all DJ/Playlist applications)
1. Load all Asian music mp3's onto your Winamp playlist (NO Instrumentals)
2. Go to Misc (Top Right) and click it
3. The following will pop up (File Info, Sort, Misc) click Misc
4. Select "Generate HTML Playlist" (Short cut: Ctrl + Alt + G)
5. Copy and paste the full HTML Playlist it gives you into a .txt File
6. Upload your .txt file at www.mediafire.com
7. A section in the application labeled "Playlist URL" is where you submit the link to the download page
How to make a Voice Clip
(Required for all DJ)
1. Use any voice recording software you have on your computer
2. Record yourself saying the following:
Tryout Process:
» After we receive your application, we will send you an email back asking you to join us for an "interview" over Skype (conference call) on a selected date based on the hours you give us for your availability
» After the interview, we will give you your tryout date and time (Usually one 2hr session per week, for a total of 8hrs/month)
» We MAY request you to DJ an extra week, this does not mean you are doing bad or anything... We'd just like to hear more
» In your DJ Application below where it says -favorite ALRadio DJ- please put your tryout name, this makes sure you've read the rules.
» In situations, after your 4th session we may meet with you to discuss what you do good/bad and give you ONE MORE EXTRA session date, to see whether your taking our comments into consideration and doing what we want
»After your Tryout Period ends, you will be asked to join us in a "Judgement Day" Conversation after your final tryout session, please see below what this "conversation is"
»Your DJ position can be taken away from you at ANY time (Tryout or Official)
» All DJ's must follow the "3 strikes" rule
» Make sure you read the "Tryout DJ" rules section under the DJ Rules page
Judgement Day Conversation:
»WHAT: When we critique you on the Positive/Negative things during your tryout sessions (In a Fun way LOL.)
»WHO: Any DJ available that day to participate (NO COMMENTS ON AGE WILL BE MADE, 100% LET GO if ANY and i repeat ANY DJ is insulted in ANY way about their age, occupation, etc)
»HOW:
» If the DJ's give them a pass, they become an Official DJ, and must follow ALL DJ rules.
